I was also not a fan of the included lumbar pillow, as I found it uncomfortable and ended up replacing it. Despite those minor issues, I highly recommend this chair. These chairs are perfect for what I need them for. I was surprising my husband with a home office and the color and size of these work great. They are a little stiff right now but I can tell the more they are used the softer they will feel. The color was perfect and exactly like the picture.
