You can fall asleep on this more than once throughout the whole night. Hardware accessories and feet are wrapped in bags and placed under the sofa shelf respectively.

They only delivered 3 out of the 4 pieces of my sectional — leaving me with an incomplete, unusable sofa that I had specifically ordered for an event. The missing piece couldn’t be delivered for two weeks, which completely defeated the purpose of the purchase and forced me to scramble and buy a replacement couch elsewhere at the last minute. When I contacted customer service, their solution was to only charge me for 75% of the order, since I had only received 75% of the pieces. That response was completely inadequate. A partial refund doesn’t come close to addressing the major inconvenience, wasted time, and additional expense I incurred because of their failure to fulfill the order properly. Given this experience, I will not be trusting Wayfair with any significant purchases in the future.
