well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. Arrived quickly as always with Wayfair. Was all in one box- not too heavy but awkward for one person to move. Would recommend two people. Directions are pretty straightforward. Color looks true to picture. The seat has a good amount of cushion, more form when you push down on it. Has four rolling caster wheels and seat does adjust which is awesome. Overall would recommend. Most office chairs are built to keep you in one position. Many active-seating products solve that problem by asking you to sit on a stool, ball, or chair that looks more at home in a gym than an office. The Active Task Chair with Wheels offers a smarter middle ground. At first glance, it is a clean armless rolling task chair. The difference is hidden beneath the seat. Its Balance Seat allows subtle, controlled movement forward, back, side to side, and everywhere in between. Sit still when you want. Shift when you need. The movement feels natural and work-friendly, helping bring active sitting and light core engagement into the day without an unstable or distracting feel. The chair keeps the functions people expect from a real office chair. It swivels 360°, rolls on standard non-locking casters, and adjusts from 19.5-23 in from the floor to the top of the seat. The compact armless profile tucks under many desks and works well in home offices, corporate workspaces, dorm rooms, student desks, shared stations, and adjustable-height desk setups. A steel base, plastic shell, foam-padded seat, 250 lb capacity, and 1-year warranty provide practical purchase confidence. Assembly requires no tools: snap the wheels into the base, insert the gas spring, and press the seat into place. A basic task chair gives you a place to sit. The Active Task Chair gives you a place to sit and the freedom to move.

It's a really nice chair, it just isn't high enough to reach my lab bench. Other chairs in the series are, so I didn't notice that this one is shorter (probably because it is more adjustable and might get tippy when the back angle/seat tilt are free for adjustment).
