The timeless simple design of this Made in Italy sofa belies comfort and practicality. The covering is a technical fabric that is stain-resistant and UV-treated. Spills or stains can be simply wiped off using a damp cloth or sponge. Comfort is assured with its high-density foam and polyester padding. Additional support from the webbing underneath ensures a non-sagging feeling common with sofa beds. An easy open and close mechanism converts the sofa into a sofa bed without much effort. There is no need to remove the seat or back cushions as it folds unto themselves during the conversions. All-night comfortable sleeping is assured with the kiln-dried independent left and right mattress base. Convenient storage for pillows, sheets, and blankets makes it a fluid process without having to worry about storage in a separate area. The mattress cover is removable and washable to ensure its sanitary upkeep. Two matching pillows are included to complement the ensemble.

There is no need to remove the seat or backrests as they roll into the frame saving the extra step of removing and finding a separate storage place for them. An integrated compartment allows you to store pillows, blankets, and sheets conveniently. Closing is just a matter of a lift and push of the bed frame. Independent left and right suspension made of European birch provides all night every night sleeping comfort. The arms, back, and sides of this sofa bed are detachable for easy transport through tight spaces.

Great construction and really good sofa. Feels very comfortable and the fold out bed is also very sturdy. Only downsides would be that it is a really wide sofa with just 2 seats instead of 3 and the fact that the mattress is a little thin to allow to fit into the enclosure. This may 85" top grain leather sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress comfort and seating luxury as a sofa as well as a bed that offers support and good posture. Built-in flip-out arms allow for an additional surface to double as a side table or nightstand when one is not present. Made in Italy, the design and quality are an unmistakable understated Italian-crafted piece. Covered in genuine top-grain leather throughout including the sides and back the surfaces are not only stained but are treated to resist fading. As a sofa, comfort, and support are provided with high-density polyurethane foam padding bolstered by web meshing underneath. Transforming the sofa to a sofabed requires minimal effort by simply pulling the pull-strap in the back tumbling the seating surface, cushions, and all into itself revealing an independent left and right European birch slat base and a memory foam mattress. Converting from a sofabed to a sofa is just as easy by pushing the bed into the casing which then puts the cushions back in place. This piece will ship in 2 pieces, the sofa/sofabed body plus the arms which slide in easily through the slots on the side. For tight spaces, the front and back panels can be disassembled for easy manoeuvring. For when what you need is something that sits like a (comfortable) sofa and at the same time, sleeps like a real bed.

The Amy Italian top grain leather queen sofa bed more than met my expectations. It is heavy, very well made and perfect for the room it was purchased for. The sofa was for an office/guest room that had been a deck on the 3rd floor at one time. When it was enclosed to make a room, many windows were added. This sleep sofa stated that the leather was treated to resist UV and fading. That was one of my concerns as the sofa will get a lot of sunlight. The color is a medium gray, which is a perfect neutral color that will blend with most color schemes. It has a memory foam mattress and is easy to turn into a bed and back into a sofa.
