I was in the furniture industry for nearly 30 years with Lane, La-Z-Boy, and finished up as a VP for a Hooker furniture division. The veneer work reminds me of Lane, the ease of assembly reminds me of La-Z-Boy, and the solid construction reminds me of Hooker. So we basically got the best attributes we were looking for.
