This modular sofa-and-chaise sectional grounds your living room in a contemporary look. The included ottoman moves to either side of the sofa, so it customizes however you like. It's made with a solid wood frame upholstered in a cotton blend. The fabric is UV, fade- and tear-resistant, so it's ready for whatever you throw at it. The cushions are filled with foam and polyester and supported by coil springs for a balance of padding and stability. Plus, the seat cushions and their covers are removable for easy cleaning.

This sofa is just what I wanted for a small space in my home office. I love the camel color and it's comfy enough to sit on top read a book. My dog likes it too. She jumped up on it instantly so I put a blanket on it so her claws won't rip the vinyl but it seems solid enough to withstand that for a bit. THis was perfect for our needs on this last project. For the price, this loveseat can't be beat. The 71" is more like an apartment sized sofa.
