Pretty easy to put together, first chair took about an hour and second one was 30 mins. Table took 10 mins tops. Chairs are very comfortable, wish they sat a little higher. I love the design of this set, however I gave it 4 stars because of how it was packaged. The metal bars were pressed up against the cushions causing indentations. I tried washing the covers but that did nothing. I ended up ironing them with a thin cloth between as to not damage the fabric. I also had to fluff and straighten out the inside foam.
