Instructions are horrible. The sofa is all in 1 box and very, very heavy. I also bought a loveseat from Wayfare and it is missing a nut in the foundation so there's no place to secure the back on one side. The bolt to fasten the back is also missing because there's nothing to screw into. This item has been listed as "non-returnable. I won't be ordering from them again. If you ever need to return something, it must be returned in the original box and it will be next to impossible to reboot to ship.
