I love this chair! It took awhile to be available in the color I wanted but once it was, delivery was fairly timely. It's a deep seat but my shorter sister found it just fine for her. My husband and I are tall and it works for us. It's not super soft but I can see enjoying it with a good book. My only complaint and thus 4 stars is that some of the seams are puckered. It probably wouldn't be an issue if they are up against a wall but I have them in the room where the back is presented. I like the chairs enough to live with it but.... Toni. Milton, GA.
