Relatively easy to put together. One screw didn't catch in a bolt properly and we discovered a staple mashed inside the bolt. Once we removed that the rest went together well. It looks great on the deck and is comfortable. We are shorter people and the chairs work well for us. I don't know how well this furniture would work for a very tall person or a wider bodied individual. They are very nice and once we get our furniture from the movers I can actually put them outside. My husband has one in his garage with the side table and one in the living room to watch tv. We love these outdoor chairs and table. They are perfect for our space and well made. The reason that I gave them 4 stars was because they were difficult to put together. Exactly as pictured. This is a nice set. It is deep seating and comfortable. The way it was packed was impressive. I’ve received quite a lot of different furniture over the years and this was by far some of the best packing I’ve seen. So, no damage to the product and it will take you some time to unwrap everything. Assembly for one person was challenging with two holes that didn’t line up but I got it to work. Pay very close attention to the pictures and steps in the instructions and do not try to jump ahead or skip anything and you’ll be fine.
