The bar cart took about 45 minutes to assemble until I got to the last step of attaching the handles to the tray. Attaching the handles was challenging, and if I had to do it again I would drill small pilot holes to be able to start the screws better with a lot less hassle. Overall the bar car is sturdy, rolls easily and does its intended job. It looks a bit industrial but I like that.
