I’ve received the dining table, though I haven’t fully assembled it yet. That said, I’ve inspected both the pedestal base and the marble top, and I’m genuinely impressed—the quality is far better than what you’d expect at this price point. I’ve been searching for an affordable table that incorporates organic materials like wood and stone while still looking elegant and refined. This one definitely delivers. The wood base has more variation than what’s shown in the photos, but it actually adds a bit of character and visual interest to the piece. I imagine once the marble top is installed and covers most of the base, any variation will be far less noticeable. At the bottom, there are built-in levelers made of sturdy hard plastic that are easily adjustable by hand. As for the marble top, it naturally comes with some variation, but I was pleasantly surprised by the one I received. It has just the right amount of veining and very few flaws. It looks beautiful. The only reason I haven’t finished assembling the table is because the marble top is quite heavy and really requires more than two people to install. This is promising since many tables at this price point use veneer instead. I’m really glad I didn’t go with a big box store for my dining table. I’m usually hesitant to buy furniture on Wayfair, but in this case, I’m happy to say the product lives up to the glowing reviews. Another happy customer (and wallet).. Jimmy. NY. Sat Jun 28 2025

The Dalkeith table is a masterstroke in carving. The hand-carved oak base, fluted, chiseled, and sanded, supports the amusing top with curled edges and inset with white Carrara marble. I would love to use this in a foyer or a loggia.
