The color and fabric are very nice, but that's where it ends. I did read that it was "boneless" (maybe I should have done a little more research so, that's on me) but had not expected what were basically two big chunks of upholstered foam. So really 2 separate armchairs with only one armrest each, not what I would call a sofa/loveseat. No sturdiness whatsoever and, ironically, the only areas that are not sufficiently padded with foam are the seats. Very uncomfortable. Also hard to get up from because the the seats are low are low and the armrests sink down when you put any weight o them. I ordered on June 12 and received what I thought was the entire sectional on Aug 9. Turns out that the manufacturer never shipped the rest of the items (middle seat, ottoman, and left facing seat) to the warehouse. They did not notify me of this and Wayfair did not catch it. I then had to put in a request for replacement items, which I am being told will ship mid September and likely arrive towards the end of September. To say that I’m furious and disappointed would be a gross understatement. Overall, I will have had waited 5-6 months for a couch to deliver (provided that the rest of the items actually arrive in September). This is ridiculous.
