Beautiful chair, beautifully made, expensive but worth it. So comfortable, the cushions are firm and supportive, and the fabric is sturdy with a lovely texture. The recliner mechanism is smooth and adjustable to where you want it. I got the wall hugger one which is great for my space. I was not happy with customer service, five stars for the chair but two stars for customer service. They very reluctantly responded to my request for brass nailheads instead of silver ones, I had to press for it- initially I was told they wouldn’t do that. A chair, especially one so expensive, that is made to order should be customizable. Are you listening, Perigold? There are other furniture sites and stores that sell it and they are willing to order as requested. All it takes is contacting the manufacturer. But I’m very happy with my chair.. Anne. This is a beautiful chair, but it is not that comfortable. My biggest complaint is that it did not come with arm rest covers. This plain color is going to get so dirty where the hands rest. $3000 and it doesn't come with any arm covers or back cover piece of fabric. I called Wayfair to try to order and pay for some extra fabric (and make them myself!) but they were no help at all. I have emailed the manufacturer but of course haven't heard anything. The other problem is the cord attaches on the very edge of the chair underneath, so there is no way to cut a little hole in the rug to hide the cord as it would then not allow any swivel. If the cord had been attached to the metal parts underneath the chair and be allowed to swivel, it would have been a lot better. So the cord is just sitting there between the sofa and the chair for everyone to trip on. This looks like about a $500 chair----definitley NOT a $3000 chair. You can see staple marks where the fabric is attached---just really isn't worth $3000! If I thought I could return it, I would.. Jennifer. Salt Lake City, UT. Thu Aug 11 2022
