This is a beautiful coastal-style rattan counter stool. Although the back is made of faux rattan, it looks just like genuine rattan.We love the fabric—it’s soft and textured, with 10% genuine linen, a nice upgrade from the 100% polyester found in many other stools. Comfort isn’t sacrificed either, with the curved backrest providing excellent support.The legs are made of solid metal with a wood-grain finish, giving them a stylish, natural look. The semi-open footrest design keeps your kitchen island feeling spacious and airy! A lot of factors went into choosing these counter stools. They are faux rattan (will be more durable than real), the cushion is a linen texture but with mostly polyester (hopefully easy to clean), and they have a really great shape for back support. The seat sits firmly and the shape of the back is very supportive. They are sturdy and do not wobble. Putting them together wasn't too terrible, but it is a bit of a balancing act attaching the cushion to the back. Just take your time threading the bolts and make sure you are handing tightening them first - they should be easy to turn if you have them on the thread correctly.. Sue. Louisville, KY. These chairs are even better than u anticipated. The material looks beautiful while also being very durable like it will hold up to wear and tear. They each came in a big box but didn’t require much to assemble! I am so excited about this purchase. Kate. GA. Tue Mar 04 2025
