I bought 2 of the chairs in blue. It took a while for them to be delivered. It was supposed to be “white glove “ delivery. The young man who delivered did an excellent job of bringing them in and removing the packaging. However, the swivel mechanism on the chairs required a tool to assemble. He had zero tools. Thankfully, my husband was home and had the tool needed. I am somewhat happy with the chairs , but one of them already squeaks when rising from the chair.
