I searched for a long time for a sofa sleeper for our dock house (like a Casita) which sits on the dock at our lake house in Texas. This sofa is upholstered in Sunbrella fabric which is absolutely perfect for wet swimsuits. It is the perfect solution for extra sleep space when needed & durability that you need at a lake house. Very happy with the look and feel of the couch. Unfortunately, it came with a tear in the upholstery but it’s on the bottom of the side that will be against a wall so I can live with it.
