The sectional sofa looks good, its firm, the color is okay, but the back makes it difficult to be comfortable depending on the height of the person. First picture I just decorated with additional pillows and decorative blankets. Someone over 56 would have their shoulders stick out from the back of the sofa. The sofa packaging. One of the boxes looks like they sent me one that had been returned. They rewrapped it poorly and sent it back to me. Love this couch. Nice to have the ottoman, can be used for full sleeper or moved to create extra seating or coffee table with a tray on top. Formed into shape fully in about 3 days.
