I loved that the extra screw was in a little bag labled "extra screw." CONS: Seat bottoms are narrow. I wear a women's size 14 pant and my hips are snug in the seat! It's hard to imagine a person with larger hips being comfortable. OTHER: They are more velvety than I expected and I hope the soft, plush fabric survives spills at my kitchen counter.
