Beautiful Tree that has held up nicely. Looks beautiful in the corner of my dining room. I even add my own decor.

Received the tree in an appropriate package, not too big and not just all stuffing. The tree was easy peasy to put up with the instructions included. Finally, just plug it in and the tree starts right up. the remote works great, you just have to remember to point it directly at the tree before pressing the buttons. Great purchase and easy to assemble even for someone with two left hands like me.

The remote control did not work right out of the box. It was extremely difficult to get the battery out to check it, but after almost an hour we finally got it out & tested it. The battery was fine but remote just didn't work. We left the lights on the only mode it would allow. With several modes, we had just one. We didn't return it because we didn't want to start a new search for another tree. We gave one star because the tree with the decor is beautiful and very easy to set up. Just don't expect the remote to work at all. Very disappointed.
