The first shipment was damaged but they refunded me for the boxes that had been damaged. Beautiful flooring true to color.

The flooring was a purchase I kept beating around the bush about. Finally came across this one and it seemed like a great price, almost too good to be true. So I ordered anyways. Delivery was quick, it was here within 4 days of my order date. Install wasn't too bad although every single box we opened had damaged click-lock mechanisms and we had to scrap quite a bit. Out of the 11 boxes I ordered, 4 were unusable due to the damage. I ended up having JUST enough to finish the project although I was getting pretty nervous towards the end. Now the flooring itself is beautiful! Looks absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen space. The click-lock was not as easy to come together as other brands, but you get what you pay for! Overall, I give it 4 stars because of the way it looks and how it's kept up so far. I've had it a month and it's in a high traffic area. Still looks brand new after mopping, sweeping, and daily ware.
