So far so good. Very easy install. It’s not going to heat your towel like a spa. Drys towels really well and any part that touches the bars is usually really warm.

I love this towel warmer. This is our second one. I use it more for drying towels (and masks) than warming the towels. I think if you really want warm towels, you need one of those round ones which the whole towel fits into.
