We just built a new home and installed 4 of these. Two are now running almost nonstop and there is no way to adjust the water level. These toilets are the biggest regret we have with our new house. Will never buy American Standard again.

Excellent customer service. I told them that my tank had cracked and I wanted to replace it. They located the correct replacement tank and shipped it to me promptly. The installation was a breeze. The instruction for clear and everything fit and went together very very easily. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the total experience.

I just had this toilet installed and it keeps running every 6 to 7 minutes. Had plumber check. It was good for 10 minutes. When he left and I flushed started running every 6 to 7 minutes.
