I purchased this to replace a 20 year old American standard toilet seat. It's a comfortable seat and i really like the soft close feature but the quality is definitely not what it used be. One bolt keeps coming loose and I'm constantly having to tighten it to prevent the seat from moving. Never had that issue with my other seat. It's pricey for a toilet seat and i don't expect it to last as long as my other one.
