I ordered 18 of these knobs and I really love the look and feel of them. However, 5 of them were damaged with a chip in the finish. Not only that, but the powder coating went into the screw area, making them impossible to install. Wayfair was excellent and had replacements to me within 2 days. Of the five being replaced, 2 of them still had noticeable damage. I get the feeling that this is an issue with Amerock's powder coating and I am not terribly impressed. I love the look of them so much however, I am risking it and keeping them.
