Aura 39.37'' Shower Panel with Fixed Shower Head SP-AZ078BS

Great shower panel, unfortunately it did not with with my shower due to the placement of the valves for my pre existing panel

We LOVE this shower-head (purchased brushed steel) - it did require a few DIY-er-savvy moments to install (see install tips below), but the end result is fabulous! Firstly, we needed something that had the 'separated' shower withOUT control, as out shower is 10x5 and the controller is on the entry-wall. So this product was one of the VERY FEW we found on Wayfair that had this type of fitting. The increase in water pressure was AMAZING - this shower fixture REALLY made our shower AWESOME. I love the way it's almost like a rainfall head, but the tighter pattern (rectangular) is actually nicer than a huge rainfall shower head. We love the handheld sprayer, great for quick rinses where you don't want to get hair wet, and also for cleaning the shower (great pressure here too). The "paddles" that spray directly at you (above & below the knob) I could easily do without. They move/tilt just a very tiny bit, and the way the showerhead body mounts to the wall, the top one is right at your face & it's powerful (sprays 10' almost when turned to full-on). You can turn the knob so it's in-between functions (top shower plus handheld OR paddles, for example) but the pressure is shared and it's not as good as one-function being all-the-way-on. The entire body is brushed steel and the hand-held is a silver plastic with a higher quality metal hose. All hoses & connections are metal, except the plastic "Cover/Cap" for the top hose that connects to your water supply/old shower head connection. INSTALL: it was a little difficult - we had to remove connections inside the unit that came connected and wrap plumbers tape around them.....DO THIS FIRST! We got it almost installed and realized the leaks were coming from the 'pre-assembled' connections! ALSO, I HIGHLY recommend grabbing 2qty 8x10 sheet of paper, taping them long-ways and creating a 'template'. I held it to the back & traced the 2 brackets which made it SO much easier to mount the brackets onto the wall. We HAD to get special drill-bits for going through ceramic tile on the wall, you will need this if you have tile - regular drill bits will just get super hot & break and could get you hurt. Additionally, the mounting head required a little extra plumbers tape and the spray-fixture needed this as well - it comes with some plumbers tape, but we needed more. It DOES come with multiple fixture options, extra rubber washers, & more, so the kit had almost everything we needed. We sealed over the top of the mounting brackets AND the screws into the wall with clear silicone, just in case.....we also put a little silicone 'inside' the bracket when we mounted it so it would stay 'tight' and not shimmy on the bracket or move at all.

These are great. They just need a little time, to learn how to navigate all the different shower features. A large unit.
