Contractors installed with NO PROBLEM. Very smooth closing and looks sturdy. My frame size was 26" and it was easily adjustable. Mine is just installed and we still have to put drywall and framing on the door opening but I'm so pleased with not losing valuable room real estate just for opening and closing the doors.
