Avian Single-handle Bathroom Faucet with Drain Assembly 10118A2-BN

Extremely disappointed with the customer service (or lack there of) by the manufacturer. While the faucet looks great in the space, it now leaks and has lost almost all flow. We have cleaned and maintained it according to the manufacturer recommendations and are left holding the bag. We emailed the manufacturer back on May 23rd to see if there is a way for us to repair the faucet or buy replacement parts and they still have not responded. Sad when you pay good money for a product and offered to pay for parts to repair said product but when trouble arises there is nowhere to turn and no response given. Would not recommend this product for lack of customer support alone.

Love the look but the faucet is leaking under the handle. Unfortunately we installed it after the return window had already closed. I reached out to the manufacturer directly hoping they may issue a replacement but I have not heard back from them.

Always hard to tell on-line but I absolutely love these very sturdy faucets for our new bathroom!! They"re really tall which makes them fun and different!!!!Very happy with my purchase!

Color (oil-rubbed bronze) is a little different, but quality seems good.
