DIY Wood Double Bi-Fold Barn Doors with Sliding Hardware Kit

I love these doors. I’ve gotten so many compliments. The best laundry room doors!

I had a difficult time with ordering a replacement part for my barn door. One of the rolling guides the barn door hangs from was too short. It took 3 calls to get assisted. My options were to get 25 off the door and live with it or get a replacement part. I explained I called for the part and the 25 off should be automatic for the inconvenience. Currently, I received two emails one says the part will be going out. The second says there is a delay on the part. I still maintain there should be a percentage refunded for the inconvenience (especially now that there is a delay). With the short part there is a 34” gap at the top of the doors.

First door was ordered on 1130 for Christmas present. Delivery date of 1211 was given. Door did not arrive. When called to cancel order, customer service said it couldn’t be canceled because it was already in transit. Customer service rep did re-order replacement to be delivered. Delivery date of January 8 was given. January 11 still did not have door. Called Wayfair customer service. They were not helpful since door was in transit. Took initiative on my own to call FedEx since it was in transit and asked them to hold it there for us to pick up. Door was picked up on January 16th. Awful customer service, awful delivery. Did not arrive in time for Christmas. Will not order online again.

Packaged nicely. Door is a little thin from standard sizes.

I feel I was miss lead by the door dimensions. The door thickness was not as advertised. The directions were very vague and i had to build 2 twice after assembly a reorientating boards.
