World and looked amazing once I slide the ceiling tiles in place

I am in a mobile home from the 70s that still had the original MDF-like ceiling. This system is lightweight. With the proper tools (especially aviation snips) it's not too difficult to install. I found the instructions were a good start, but the measurement was a better fit by just using the tiles and crossbars to measure. Especially because my walls aren't perfectly square. I used a 2'x2' lightweight PVC tile that I got elsewhere. I was able to do it by myself. It was enough to do this 10'3"x9' bedroom with a little leftover. I would recommend it to anybody that doesn't want the bigger job of pulling a whole ceiling down. It looks expensive even though it wasn't.

I love that you can order ceiling grid that matches the ceiling tile, it looks so, so good. I hired a contractor to put up the ceiling and I'm glad I did as the skill level required is a little beyond an average DIY-er such as myself.

At first it seemed a little intimidating but it was much easier than expected. Even though my room had several curves. It looks great! Even my wife has given 2 thumbs up.

They worked out perfectly and got to us in the time promised! The grid system made our project so easy.
