Eliany Wood Fireplace Mantel

The mantle is cute, but is cheaply made and not packaged securely. The first one I ordered came completely broken in two, and the replacement arrived damaged as well.

This was a previously opened box item. My first time purchasing through wayfair, everything else I bought was brand new. The box was pretty beat up and the item was more damaged than I anticipated. Due to the the extensive damage I feel I overpaid for used and if I were to purchase again I would have bought this item brand new

Came snapped, replacement got sent to another state, despite me sending the broken one back it’s been almost a month and I’m still fighting to get a refund. No one from customer service can ever seem to help me. Will be issuing a charge back with my bank next week if no resolution has been provided.

i received it damaged and a new one was ordered but just want to return the broken one and get a refund as i am not waiting weeks for a new one
