Love this toilet! If you’re in the fence, do it. It worked well for our new construction to have the electrician already aware we needed electricity at the toilet. Also, make your plumber aware, as this tankless version needs different supplies. Nothing but great things to say!

In love with this toilet, super recommended

This toilet looks nice however the lid doesn't close softly. The heated seat won't stay heated and I can't seem to find a setting to make it stay warm all the time. The flush is weak so when you have a lot of waste, you'd need to flush multiple times to get rid of it. The seat sensor cannot detect my 8 year old and keeps closing on him when he's sitting on it. The bowl is small.

UPDATE: I did finally get a response from Deer Valley. They informed me they do not sell the part needed to repair the toilet as a stand alone product. The whole toilet would need to be replaced. The warranty period had expired. Gratefully, they agreed to replace the toilet. I am very thankful they replaced the toilet. I received the replacement within about 5 days of the resolution agreement. By the time I recieved the toilet, 2 weeks had passed. 2 weeks without a toilet. That was very inconvenient. In addition, I had to hire a plumber to first determine the problem and then, to replace the toilet. So, I was out an additional cost of $300. While we enjoy the toilet there are some things buyers need to be aware of: 1. You cannot get any help from Deer Valley on the phone. All communication is via their chat service. And there seems to be a full day delay for all responses. 2. They do not sell (or have in stock) replacement parts. If something goes out, the toilet cannot be repaired. I tried to order additional screens (which are required for the toilet to work) and they are out of stock and have no idea when they will be back in stock. They said the same thing about the charcoal filter. 3. Its not easy finding a plumber who works on these toilets I am concerned that the 2nd toilet we have will also go out soon. And if/when it does I will not buy another toilet with Deer Valley after this experience. YOU WILL REGRET BUYING THIS TOILET! Ive had it for less than 2 years, and we enjoyed it while it lasted. We are only a family of 2. It stopped filling out of the blue. Ive tried to get a resolution from DeerValley for 4 days, and they have failed helped me at all. I cannot even get them to reply. So, I hired a plumber, and they showed me that the main assembly needs to be replaced as only one side is functioning properly. DeerValley says, the assembly isnt available. Trying to get help from DeerValley is useless. I will never buy anything from DeerValley again.

The Bidet was leaking from the Seat portion of the toilet has an intermittent leak. I got a hold of support. The decided based on my description an pictures to replace the whole unit as the seat portion of the bidet are on back order. The unit functions are great. Except for the leak and having to install it twice, I would give it a 5 star. Hopefully the replacement comes soon.
