It's the right product, but it doesn't work. The tilt mechanism is hopelessly loose and I see no way to tighten it. It slips on the vertical rod easily, but the tilt mechanism is so loose that it flops down and eventually the shower head just falls off.

Ours broke within a year of install (14 months after purchase though) same as the previous reviews and pictures. Submitted warranty claim this morning and a warranty PO issued within 4 hours which is awesome. Concern is that this product is of VERY poor quality/design and that it is now showing as discontinued on the website. What is the replacement when this one breaks which is inevitable?
