We used these faucets all over our new house and like the simple elegance and substantial feel. It's stryking : ) They function well and the lever is easy to operate. With the water we have, water spots show, however they do clean up easy enough. I can't speak to the effort of installation as a plumber did the installation, but the faucets looked pretty straight forward out of the box.
