We took a chance on purchasing this when it was nonrefundable. Unfortunately, we could not get it to work. We were not able to find a converter from our existing plumbing that was small enough to fit inside this spout. The product only comes with the spout and the square thing that goes on the wall. Nothing else is included. The Moen manual online was no help. The spout is beautiful and I'm sure you could get it to work if you hired a plumber, but really, how much should you spend on installing a tub spout? :) I see other buyers were able to get it installed, so I'm giving it 4 stars because it is beautiful, but didn't work for us.
