Received my original order damaged. Wayfair replaced the damaged item but left me with a broken shower base that apparently I now have to dispose of because they did not provide any return information or pickup instructions for the shipper. What am I supposed to do with this damaged product. Update to this FedEx Canada keeps sending me the invoice for shipment of the replacement base. I contacted Wayfair back in February and was told they would take care of it since it was the supplier’s responsibility. So much for that promise! Wayfair’s customer service is not to be trusted apparently. Ditto for Dreamline. Not cool.

Well made and easy to install. Looks great in my master bathroom!

walls are very solid and well constructed. The kit was pretty complicated to install and took our installers longer than they had anticipated but the final product is lovely. Some water does escape at the bottom, but the person coming out of shower brings more than that so a bath mat or towel is adequate to keep it tidy. Overall, very good value and a beautiful look.

Very sturdy. Arrived slightly damaged, but Wayfair didn’t hesitate to fix the issue.
