I will be returning this item. It was purchased to replace an earlier model of the electric fireplace insert that is installed in my home. At first, I was happy to find a model that would fit and work perfectly. Unfortunately. the brand has bad reviews on this and many other sites. I do not want to invest +$800 for more problems.

It looked great and worked great for a few weeks. Then it started tripping this error code and stopped working. I reached out to the company and they said it was installed improperly. I followed up with the electrician that installed it as well as another one to verify and they all agreed it’s a faulty fireplace. Duraflame won’t do anything to help. Now I’m stuck with an 800 didappointment. Do not buy!

Nachetez surtout pas ce foyer! Il est défectueux et jattends un retour depuis décembre 2023, cela fait 1 an que jappelle et que jenvoie des courriels etc chaque fois ils me répondent la même chose la pièce défectueuse et B.O., quil me remplaceront le foyer entier mais je nai jamais rien reçu
