This item arrived intact and was boxed well. I’m not a handy woman and I put it together myself with the hardware and tool included with no issues- the assembly would have been faster if I hadn’t mixed up some of the screws- the longer ones are for the stairs themselves and shorter ones for the frame. This will make a great step stool for my aging Bernese Mountain dog and I will also use it for household chores that I need a step stool for. Thanks Wayfair!

The step stool arrived without any hardware, so I contacted the seller, and the issue was resolved promptly. Once the hardware arrived, I thought this piece would be very easy to assemble. However, I encountered difficulties in getting the screws to go in correctly and fitting the boards between the frame. I ended up using a rubber hammer to bang the boards into place. Finally, I managed to put it together, and it appears to be sturdy. However, I’m concerned that the boards might be slippery when getting out of the tub, so I might have to find another use for it.
