This was a very long, hard to ship piece. Lost in transit the first time, wayfair did an excellent job of quickly getting another en route. They are lightweight blown foam. Purely decorative. In this application we used short ones to finish blinds by velcro to the front of the blinds. The long one was a quick easy solution to finish the now bare tops of the windows.
