Just had this faucet installed by a plumber. Doesn't shut off immediately...about a 3 second delay for both hot and cold. My previous faucet didn't do this. I emailed the manufacturer regarding this issue and they are sending new cartridges with a disclaimer that this might not fix the problem. Fortunately, Wayfair is awesome and sending another of the same, but who will pay the plumber to return to install a new one??? What if the new faucet is also defective?
