Heritage Hot & Cold Water Dispenser with Side Spray ES1248ALBS

This faucet works great and seems to be of quality materials and made very well, however it has a major flaw, especially if you have a fairly high water pressure at your house. The side sprayer faucet has a small brass valve body with a rubber washer valve seal that is inside the main body of the faucet just below the faucet spout which diverts the water from the spout to the sprayer. This part fails as the rubber valve seal splits or comes off the brass valve body and the sprayer no longer works. Our fails about every 10 - 12 months and it is a hassle to get this part from them although it is under warranty for 10 years, they do sell the part for about $15. This should not be happening even with the great water pressure in our house, as other faucets at the house with sprayers have not failed and have not had the problems this faucet has. I sorry I purchased this faucet although it seems like a great faucet in all other aspects.

The faucet is lovely to look at and at first worked well. Unfortunately the spigot is now loose with no way to tighten it, and the water coming out of the side sprayer is down to just a trickle. For the money I would never purchase again.

Nice solid and well constructed. Rather than use as a kitchen sink, we installed as a bathtub (just a tub, no shower). This is working just as we envisioned.

So pretty! My plumber tried telling me it wasnt a kitchen faucet when he took his first glance at it, he just finished his own kitchen remodel and didnt know this existed. It's unique and eye catching!
