So far, so good. I bought for oxygen therapy to improve health and healing. Cannot believe the benefits of an hour or two a day. Machine is relatively quiet, flow rate is strong, no orders and simple to use. As long as performance continues this is a good machine.

My oxygen concentrator broke and it's 6 months until I could get in with a Dr to get a new one. Decided on a whim to grab this as I could buy it on a rent to own basis, so far so good. It came very well packaged, instructions are clear and it's much more lightweight than my old one, so moving it around the house will be easy. If you're in a pinch and need a new oxygen concentrator, this will work.

Seems to work fine. Just set it up for my mom. Still to early to tell how well it will do but so far its good.

Delivery was fast but I was disappointed it didn't come with a mask that I thought it did. Instead it came with nostril hoses. Just received it so haven't had time to really test it out, but will give it a try. Had I known there were other options with other models ( Black color) with a nebulizer infuser attachment I would have purchased that one. Quality seems durable & true to photo shown

First one received lasted 5 minutes before it quit and would not restart. Replacement has worked OK. Listing does not clearly state, that the oxygen output from 1 to 7 Liters is not constant. It actually is 90% at 1 Lpm, 75 % at 2 Lpm and 30% when you get to 7 Lpm. So you are only getting the medically required amount of 90% oxygen at 1 Lpm. However, it is a very quiet machine.

Was sent a very used with missing parts product when I purchased new. Would give one star however customer service was exceptional and return/refund process was quick and easy. Hopefully they figure out and resolve how an obvious returned item was sent as new
