Awful customer service surrounding a product that didn’t work. Apparently this item is custom EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE ON THE LISTING. Plus it says on the page “don’t love it With our 30 Day return policy you can send it back.” Spoke to two agents at Wayfair’s office and both told me it wasn’t possible for them to start a return but offered no suggestion on who to speak to or what to do since they were unable to help. Have a mind to return everything I have ordered recently and take my business elsewhere.

The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel has a storied history.
