Works well… no issues. Perfect for my basement

I’ve been using this in my bathroom since I don’t have a vent. Works great!

This dehumidifier started to frost heavily right a few weeks before its anniversary and it was not possible to use it further. I contacted the Frigidaire warranty team and it was approved to receive a replacement. Anyway, after around 20 days, I have not received any replacement unit yet. It cannot recommend this product, due to its failure within only one year and a very long delay to receive a replacement under warranty. It is better to do a favor to yourself and find another dehumidifier from another brand that can work longer with much better customer and warranty services.

Great product except having had to buy the hose separately.

Received our dehumidifier 3 weeks ago and it has run nonstop! With this weather we are definitely getting our monies worth! It is relatively quiet and sends us a message on our phones if it needs to be emptied. Our house doesn’t feel like a sponge anymore so it’s doing it’s job. I highly recommend!

Nice features but icing up after 20 months - Frigidaire won't help you beyond a year so get the extended warranty or avoid completely. Seems to be a problem with all Frigidaire dehumidifiers because we had the same issue with another model. Highly dissatisfied with the reliability and customer service.

This dehumidifier was one my husband wanted to buy after a lot of research. It’s been great for our basement. No complaints works very wel has held up nicely over a year now

This is a great dehumidifier. It is easy to setup and use. Solid performer with good features.
