I have had the A/C unit for a year now and used for a space with about 1000 sq ft. With the help of a few box fans, due to layout of area cooling, it has worked quite well. The 90+ degree days were a little harder to keep cooler but never went above 78 degrees (west side sunset made it difficult to hold temp). It is about as loud as a window A/C as the compressor is putting out a lot. I consider it white noise and not an issue. The only down side for me was not having a suitable place to run water line from unit as it dispelled but used plastic storage tub and made it work. Not the fault of the unit but something to consider when needing to use. Worked for watering outdoor plants Overall, I would say if you can handle the sound and a place to let water run out, it'll get the job done. Definitely things to consider.

It's Okay, doesn't cool as well as I thought it would. I think that a window unit would do better.

The ac works decent once I got it set up the window adapter that came with unit did not work properly but was replaced and now was able to set up.Has a vibration sound ...otherwise would b relatively quiet
