Great well made faucet with quality materials. Everything is very solid and works well. This feels like a more expensive faucet.

the product works as promised, The total package weights less than 7 pounds and feel much lighter than the old Grohe faucet it replaced

ve been using the GROHE Concetto pull-down faucet for a while now, and honestly it feels like one of those upgrades you don’t realize you needed until you live with it every day. It’s a very clean, modern-looking faucet — simple lines, not bulky — so it works especially well in contemporary or transitional kitchens.

Neck doesn't swivel easily & spray pullout is also stiff. This item was likely a return sent out as new. The blue tape on the Grohe box had been cut. I would have sent it back but unfortunately I wasn't around when the plumber installed it & would now incur further costs to uninstall & then reinstall a new one. Build. com had a 6 week lead time for this faucet. Wayfair was a 2-3 day delivery. That probably explains why I suspect it was a prior return. Not a happy client
