Essence Pull Out Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with Accessories 30271A00

This is the second one we’ve bought. First one lasted about 8 years and was a great faucet. Worked great but valve between the pray and stream function went out so we got a new one. Realized after installing the new one that they come with a lifetime limited warranty on the part we needed to replace. Will remember for next time. LOVE this faucet!! Comes in so many cool finishes.

I’ve had this faucet installed on my prep sink for a year and a half and it is awesome. The regular stream is concentrated and very powerful and this took a bit of getting used to because it tends to cause splash back. But once I adapted to it, I find it really effective. The pullout works effortlessly too and I love using it to fill my coffee maker. Highly recommend this quality faucet.

I love the look of this faucet. A sleek modern look in a transitional kitchen that gets serious use. It’s installed over a Krauss sink and given the height of the spout or maybe the direct downward force of the spray, we have to take care not to splash the counter when we turn it on.
