Meets/exceeds expectations. Perfect match with the three-way shower diverter and hose in matte black. The showerhead is plastic, not metal, but you don't notice it aesthetically.

I asked to return this because i ordered the wrong finish. They indicated they would give me return instructions wi one business day - it has been 3 business days and still no response AND no way to contact them!! This is very disturbing! I have made several purchases in the recent past, but I’m considering not dealing with them again

Original description of this product was misleading as it stated that it includes both hand shower as well as hose and bar (as presented on the front picture). It has since been updated but my request for full refund was rejected.
