Great tub at first. I was in love. Then 3.5 months after install, the bottom started getting hairline cracks. They are spreading all over the bottom of the tub. There are cracks in the corners and on the seat. Now I have to figure out how to remove it and put something else in its place. Not ideal. Update. We pulled out the tub. There are no supports across the bottom. The giant tub is sitting on 4-1 inch square posts. Wayfair was awesome. I got my money back. The company-not so much. I got offered a new tub. No refund was offered from them and no compensation for labor on a new tub. Buyer beware.
