The packaging for a plastic item should have been more than and envelope with the light layer of bubble wrap. Due to item being broken. I will try to salvage the item as best I can.

Good tool which helped me to drill holes for my kitchen cabinets knobs

I am very disappointed that Wayfair recommended this template with my purchase because I did purchase the product, as recommended by Wayfair, but it does not actually work with the 12" kitchen cabinet handles that I purchased, as the largest handles this template can accommodate is only 5". I was waiting for my kitchen cabinets to be painted, so now that I'm ready to install, it's too late to return this template for a refund and I now I also do not have a template to use, to install my kitchen cabinet hardware properly.

Didn't really work very well with my cabinets. Didn't center easily.

It was very useful, in order to mark the spot to drill the kitchen cabinet KNOB holes. Really helped.
